Education Development & Improvement Framework (EDIF)

At Esteem Multi Academy Trust (MAT), our Education Development and Improvement Framework (EDIF) delivers tailored, impactful support for all our schools (primary, special and alternative provision). Rooted in collaboration, innovation, and inclusion, the EDIF ensures every school and pupil thrives. Esteem’s vision, “Stronger Together,” reflects our commitment to empowering schools, while celebrating their unique identities.

Our EDIF is guided by our core values.

    A Partnership Approach
At Esteem MAT, schools retain their individuality while benefiting from alignment with a shared vision, streamlined processes, and trust-wide priorities. The EDIF embodies a collaborative and non-judgmental ethos, with all development and assurance activities delivered “with” schools, not “to” them.

      What We Offer

      Tailored Support for Schools
The EDIF provides the right support, at the right time, through evidence-based and research-informed practices. Schools receive individualised guidance and interventions based on their needs and “education risk indicator,” ensuring the best outcomes for students.
